Signature Training

Leadership is not so much about skills, it’s mostly about behaviours. These behaviours are a set of functional and effective strategies. We teach the strategies that will take you to high performance and motivation. For example, if you want to generate motivation within your team, you can follow as many trainings as you wish. If you don’t have the strong belief that the goal is worth it and the enthusiasm and passion to work towards it, it will just not work!

Scientific research points to the fact that high performance can only be achieved if the following three conditions are fulfilled:

  • Mastery: “The desire to do something because you find it deeply satisfying and personally challenging inspires the highest levels of creativity, whether it’s in the arts, sciences or business” (Teresa Amabile, Professor, Harvard University)
  • Autonomy: individuals are wired to be active and engaged; if they are autonomous and made accountable for their performance, they will reach much higher productivity;
  • Puropose: the most deeply motivated, productive and satisfied people, hitch their desires to a cause larger than themselves (Daniel H. Pink, “Drive”). People are thirsting for context, and understand that what they are doing contributes to a larger whole.
