Gecko Leadership
In today’s business environment, Leaders need more than the classic skills taught in business schools and universities. They need a special quality of presence, attention and intention. Some refer to the phrase "Inside Out" or "Mindful" Leadership.
We refer to our emblem, the Gecko, and the skills and strategies that this refers to, as well as a few skills that we believe are essential to drive organisations successfully and sustainably in the New Normal.
This module is the final step to becoming a Gecko Leader. When you are a Gecko Leader, you incarnate the following behaviours, skills, values and beliefs:
